Request or change password

You can change your password at any time. To do this, log in to your website and click on "Administration" at the top right. Now you come to the customer area and can change your password here under "Access data". The dialog to change your password is very simple. You need your old password and then you can set a new password.

 

 

 

Hint:
After you click "Change Password", the password will be changed and you will have to log in with your new password next time.

 

 

If you have forgotten your password, you will have to request new access data by e-mail. Currently there is no way to generate the password automatically. It is important that you either tell us your website - then our system will send you new access data to the stored e-mail or you send us an e-mail with the e-mail address you use with us. Unfortunately, we can't process a request via contact form, because we can't verify who sent the form. If you use the contact form and tell us your website, we can of course also send a command to the system to send you new access data to the deposited e-mail.

Note:
It is not possible to send you new access data to an e-mail that is not registered with us. For this you have to identify yourself sufficiently.
