Move by click & paste
To move content, move the mouse over the content until the toolbar appears in the upper left corner. When you click the "Move" icon, placeholders appear across the page indicating where the item can be moved. Clicking on a placeholder will move the corresponding content. If you want to move a content to a currently not visible area, you can easily scroll down the page. The placeholders will remain.

Move via drag & drop
Move the mouse over the corresponding content until the toolbar appears in the upper left corner. Click on the "Move" icon and keep the mouse pressed. A grayed out area will appear representing the content item that was touched. As soon as the mouse gets to an area where you can paste the content, a placeholder will appear. Just release the mouse button and the element will be inserted at the desired position.
If you reach the bottom of the browser while moving, the page scrolls naturally, so you can also move elements to areas that are not currently visible.
